A 2500 square foot residence and studio/barn in the Litchfield hills of Northwest Connecticut. Styled after the classic Connecticut farmhouse, the two story wood structure borrows from the medieval forms of the English country house. The traditional principal massing is made more complex with the addition of adjoining wings, as typically seen in the farms of rural New England.
